Description

Come for the memories you will make with your baby or toddler as you play together with non-toxic paint and other baby-friendly art supplies and make your creative mess here for us to clean up. When you leave, your baby will have created a unique abstract painting that you will cherish forever.

Please wear or bring clothes that can get paint on them. The kids will be playing with paint and creatively painting with toys, etc. We use washable, non-toxic paint, but it is still possible for this type of paint to stain. Adults may also get paint on them or on their clothes as you will be helping your little one.

The time we set aside for this event is an hour, however, kiddos this age often have a very short attention span and it’s ok to just make a project and get out of there. We will sometimes have step-by-step tutorials for keepsake crafts such as a wreath made of prints of your baby’s feet, but otherwise we will have a Free Paint party where your child can do one of a few activities and make a painting on a canvas.

The Free Paint parties are recommended for ages 6 months to three years. Footprint and handprint events are open for younger ages too. Be prepared to sit with your child and help monitor that baby doesn’t eat paint (even though it’s non-toxic we still want to avoid eating it if possible). This is a good time to keep practicing not putting things in their mouths.

Note: Adults must be accompanied by their own child or child over whom they have guardianship. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if he/she is making other parents concerned over the comfort and safety of their baby/child/children.
