All art supply purchases are returnable within 15 days after purchase in the condition that the supplies are undamaged and unused.
Bookings are cancelable and refundable per discretion of the owners. However, the booking fee for parties is nonrefundable once paid.
We will not serve alcohol to anyone who is a minor or intoxicated, per the WI law. Classy Artist Box LLC dba Classy Artist Box Studio is not liable for any damaged caused by our customers’ intoxication or indiscretion.
For kids events, no adults are allowed who are unaccompanied by a minor. In addition, no person registered as a sex offender is allowed at events with children present.
Per WI law, Classy Artist Box LLC dba Classy Artist Box Studio is not liable for any COVID-19 infections and complications caused by entering our establishment. We do take reasonable efforts to mitigate risk to both our staff and our customers, however we advise those with compromised immune systems to weigh the pros and cons to attend an in-person event.
