Art Camps

Welcome to the Classy Artist Box Art Camp information page! These art camps will happen throughout the summer so select the one that is the best fit for you and your child! Each camp has a different theme that we will explore through art.

The camps are for kids in Elementary school and will be a mixture of ages.

Pictured projects are not exact projects for each camp, but a sampling of the types of things we will create while exploring different topics. We will be creating and problem-solving in a variety of different ways as we go throughout the lessons and projects.

2024 Dates!

Elementary

• Creative Art Camp: we will explore a variety of different art making materials through the lens of art history and personal expression.
  • June 10-14 from 9 AM – 12 PM
• Nature Art Camp: we will explore the natural world through nature studies on a variety of plants and animals.
  • July 8-12 from 9 AM – 12 PM
• Science Art Camp: we will explore scientific concepts in an art way by creating paintings and projects based on scientific exploration, facts, and theories.
  • August 12-16 from 9 AM – 12 PM

Tween/Early Teen

• Twelve – Fourteen Year Olds:
  • July 22-26
  • We will focus on creating a series of artwork that express our own personal visual style!
